Legal battles can be very intense and when victory is achieved after a long dispute, it is most definitely a reason for joy and celebration. And here is some good news for a few Norwegian clients which bring a sense of hope among the people.

The Norwegian clients were finally able to win their claim against Anfi and it all happened in the court of the First Instance SBT 5. In this Battle of winning the claim, the Judge of the court declared the contract of the clients with Anfi to be void and null. Apart from nullifying the contract, full repayment of 36.095€ was demanded with extra payment for interest and legal fees.

This was a great and efficient job by the judges of the court of First Instance SBT 5 and it has successfully added yet another client to the list of victories against Anfi.

It is also definitely expected that Anfi will plead this decision made by the court but it can be safely said that their appeal will be in vain as the decision seems firm and final.

Meanwhile, the team of lawyers will apply to the court for a provisional execution of the funds as it is a standard practice and has to be done. After this action is taken, the Anfi team will be forced to deposit the amount with the court. This step is especially crucial and essential for the clients because it will keep the funds secured 100% until the case moves to High Court and a confirmation is received regarding the sentence from their side.

However the results seem pretty straight forward and the Norwegian clients deserve the heartiest congratulations for their wonderful victory!
