After the German clients had their first instance win against MVCI, Marriott’s deposited an amount of 142.433€ in the court. And that came as a surprise and a shock to the opposite team and also the readers and people watching the news.

The court of First Instance No 7 Marbella declared the contract of the client to be void and null. The judge also demanded an amount of around 108.895€ while passing the sentence. This amount has to be repaid according to the money spent on the contract. Apart from this an additional amount of 33.448€ , which is almost double the amounts paid in deposits, was also demanded as repayment.
