After many cases of victories for the clients against big companies, here is another one that we are extremely delighted to bring forward to you. It is yet another great and well deserved victory against the Marriott’s.

It has been a great win for the German clients yet again. The Judge in the First Instance Court No 8 Marbella has declared their contract with the 2 companies – MVCI Holidays and MVCI Management null and void. But that’s not all! Apart from nullifying the contract and declaring it to be void, the court has also placed a demand for repayment of 53.180€ excluding the extra amount for costs and interest.

While passing this sentence, the judge demanded that the Marriott’s team had to pay around 47.180€ according to the amount that was spent on the contract. An additional amount of 6.000€ was also ordered to be paid as compensation for the illegal deposits which were collected during the statutory cooling off period.

According to the ruling made by the judge, all these orders added up to a significant amount which is to be paid by the Marriott’s team to the client. And this is definitely a remarkable win for the German clients.
